The inside scoop: In the lead-up to Valentine’s Day, we recommended LOVO capitalize on the seasonal opportunity by creating eye-catching, limited-edition holiday packaging designed to stand out online and on screen. LOVO delivered beyond expectations, unveiling a sweet & romantic design that elevated their already decadent chocolates into a must-have gift item. The new packaging caught the eye of producers at The View, one of the most-watched daytime talk shows in the country. LOVO was handpicked and featured on-air as the best chocolate for Valentine’s Day. The national exposure led to immediate results. LOVO experienced a jaw-dropping 700% spike in sales and big leap in brand awareness, showing the magic of what happens when thoughtful design and perfect timing align.
The following year (2025), our challenge was clear: how do we knock it out of the park a second Valentine’s in a row?
We secured a major national talk show feature on ABC’s The Tamron Hall Show. The segment highlighted LOVO’s Swiss origins and emphasis on flavor and taste. It was more than back-to-back Valentine’s TV hits. We were evolving the brand story.
